Headway North West London is hosting a dancing event to bring friends, family and supporters together to raise money for the charity and awareness for brain injury in the local community.

The event is geared towards members and their family and friends, as well as supporters, and those who simply wish to get involved for a great cause.

The event will begin with a short video presentation from our 2016 film project and introduction to the charity and the event itself. Helen Gath, a local fitness instructor and supporter of HNWL, will be doing a group warm-up before Rupa leads us in our epic dance-a-thon. Hip-hop, contemporary, salsa, Bhangra, Bollywood and street dance, accompanied by the Indian Dhol. People of all ages and abilities welcome.

There will also be refreshments and food provided throughout the day, along with children's arts and crafts, mehndi tattoos, jewellery and makeup stalls.
