Hi I am Halina Mitcham a mum of 3 living in Kent I started running to lose weight and then after a long run I thought what better way to keep me motivated but to run for a good cause,a cause I believe in.I thought long and hard and then Joyce Panay came to mind now you might all be thinking who she is and some will know her but for me she is one of the strongest women I know.She lives with disease and has done since I met her but with all her ups she has had alot of downs some to personal to mention but she still says she the luckiest person and always smiles.

For this reason I am going to show Joyce and others like her that I think of her and always do and I complete this run and can raise awareness and money for her and many more like her then I know I have made a difference
