Grieving is a real pain!  I know, I've been there.  I was lucky.  I contacted CRUSE and received support and understanding for as long as I wanted (which was a long time).

We aim to use our fond memories of loved ones as inspiration to do something life changing, and to challenge ourselves so hard, that we to can make a difference. That is what we as a team of 7 want to do. We want to ride the length of the country from Land's End to John O'Groats and raise £1,000 to support Cruse Bereavement Care, so that others can continue benefit from support after losing someone they love so very dearly.

So please dig deep and donate now.

We aim to start our attempt on the 21st May 2011 - please help us reach our target before we set off!
