For those of you that don't know at the start of the year my Grandad passed away after a tough battle with cancer. His one wish during this time was to spend his final weeks at home surrounded by family. This wouldn't have been possible without the support of Marie Curie Cancer Care and their fantastic team of nurses who provided us with invaluable time with my Grandad. 

So now its my time to say thank you and to give back. In September I will be running the great north run in aid of Marie Curie to support their continuing work with other families.
