If you’re reading this, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting Action for Stammering Children (ASC), a UK charity aiming to provide therapy and support to children and young people who stammer. They are a wonderful charity to whom I owe so much and for whom I’m running the Chester marathon.

You may be familiar with my long and frustrating marathon journey so far. Last year I injured myself weeks before the London marathon but managed to defer the place to this year. Sadly having done all the training this summer I found out a couple of weeks ago that my place was no longer. 

With one final push, I’ve decided to take on the Chester marathon instead. The race is tomorrow (Sunday 2nd October) and any last minute support would be much appreciated! Every little helps and will go a long way!
