Hello! I'm running the Virgin Money London Marathon on Sunday 22nd April.   

Thanks to my old mucker Antony Kerridge, I've had the opportunity to run  for a brilliant Portsmouth based charity Solent MS Therapy Centre.

It only leaves me 88 days to train (having not laced up my running shoes for 5 months) and raise as much money as possible.        So please donate whatever you can and say a prayer for my poor old knees
