On 10 March 2011, Cath Hartley and Jill Beagan are off to Nepal and will trek to Everest Base Camp.  They’ll cross several ‘Indiana Jones’ type rope bridges and climb up and along narrow paths with steep drops, avoiding altitude sickness (and free-roaming yeti)!  They’ve trained hard and are feeling tip top and raring to go.  Good health is something which we sometimes take for granted so Cath & Jill would like to take the opportunity to raise some funds for Macmillan nurses to support the fantastic work they do.
