Well, first of all thanks for visiting my wonderous page of generous delights!

OK people lets get down to business - I'm going to run the Cardiff Half Marathon on October 17th to raise money for the British Heart Foundation ... this isn't going to be pretty so please make it worth my while and donate some fundage.

If anybody wants to turn up and yell encouragement / abuse at me that's groove too, anything to help me get round quicker than the lads will be great! ha!
