I  will be participating in The Great Sprout Scuttle 10km race on Sunday 9th December. 

Some of you might be aware of the challenges I have faced over the past few years for running distances over 5km and I  thought that raising money for a charitable cause would be the best form of encouragement. The Great Sprout Scuttle is in partnership with the Doncaster and Rotherham branch of the RSPCA and all donations would be greatly appreciated no matter the amount!
