As some of you may be aware, I head off this weekend to take part in a 383km trail cycle through South Africa to raise money for children with burns injuries. 

ABC - Action for Burns and Children - is an organisation dedicated to the prevention of burn and scald injuries to children through basic fire prevention education in the home and the rehabilitation of seriously burned children worldwide.

ABC was founded in 2008 by Cripps Sears & Partners with the goal of raising funds year on year to help children whose lives have been adversely affected through an injury to themselves or to someone on whom they are dependent. 

Day 1 - 75km, Day 2 - 67km, Day 3 - 70km, Day 4 - 95km, Day 5 - 75km. 

All on trails and currently its 45 degrees!
