Story

Thank you for popping over to my page, this means a lot to me.

My dad was diagnosed with Pseudomyxoma peritonei (PMP) cancer in 2004, a rare form of cancer of the appendix.

In December that year my dad had a major operation at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital, but unfortunately they were unable to remove the whole tumour. Dad had numerous types of chemotherapy but none worked and the tumour kept growing.

After his 4 year battle, Dad passed away on the 23rd February 2008.

I have set up this page to raise money for Pseudomyxoma Survivor, a support network for those affected by this particular cancer.

I am making some lavender hanging hearts for anyone who would like one, and simply ask for a donation to my page in return.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
