I am challenging myself this December in order to raise money for a local Food bank based in South West Glasgow. The use of food banks in Scotland are at an all time high. It is estimated that over 6000 three day emergency food supplies was given to people in crisis last year. The use of food banks has increased by 17% in the last year, and it is estimated that 1 in 5 people live below the poverty line.
