Having completed the London marathon last year and being a glutton for punishment, I have decided as this years challenge to run the Berlin Marathon.

I have decided to back the charity SCOPE, so please dig deep, look behind the sofas and empty out the pennies (or should I say pounds) jar....every bit counts towards my sponsorship goal.
