I am taking part in the Beaverbrook's Blackpool 10K to raise money for The Ryan Stanford Appeal which we have set up to fund medical research into Alper's Syndrome - a terminal condition which my nephew suffers from.

 

We are trying to raise £45,000 over the next three years striving to find a cure or treatment into this very rare condition which affects 1 in at least 200,000.
