I'm running the Leeds Abbey Dash, in a week’s time, for all the grannies and granddads out there.  Winter is a hard time of year for old people and this charity provides great support and help in times of need.  

Money raised by the Leeds Abbey Dash pays for a HandyVan service (which carries out repairs and adaptations) and Meals at Home service which helps older people feel safe and allow them to stay in their homes.  It is a charity that is often forgotten and therefore I ask that you give whatever you can to help.
