Tayen is a beautiful 3 year old princess. Tayen has a genetic condition NF1. It causes tumours to grow along nerves in the body. Tayen has lost all vision and will need chemo on and off for the rest of her life to stabilise the tumours.

Living paintings is a free library service that provides books for the visually impaired. They have given Tayen back her love of books that her parents thought was lost when she lost her vision.
