Nightingale Hammerson is looking to use the latest Technology to improve the lives of its residents - mostly in the age range 90-110years old - don't underestimate them!

This is also in memory of Rose Boyd who I'd known for 20 years - she inspired me to her final days and passed away aged 100 this year..... 1 in a million! 

I have one month to get my training from couch to 10km..... I've left it far too late this year - so you know I'm going to definitely sweat for your donations!
