At the end of October I'm setting off to climb Kilimanjaro for LATCH. I've been training, including completing the Great North Run, but I know it's going to be tough....! LATCH is a voluntary organisation set up to support the special requirements of the children's oncology centre in Wales which is based at the Children's Hospital for Wales to help affected families and promote research in childhood cancer.
