Story
Helen Fraser died at the university hospital in Limoges, France on Thursday 16th October following a cycling accident. She was the wife of Roger Clarke and mother of Martin and David.
Helen was born in Aberdeen in 1949 and attended the Aberdeen High School for Girls and Aberdeen University. After leaving north-east Scotland, she was Music Officer with the Scottish Arts Council and general manager of the English String Orchestra.
We're inviting donations in appreciation of her life to be made to Practical Action, a charity which she and Roger had taken an interest in over many years.
