I've crazily decided to run the Great North Run with my dad on the 19th September - I am probably the worst long distance runner ever (I came last when i was 12 in my school cross-country - mainly because i was messing around but still last!) so this is a big deal for me. 

I'm running for Mencap which is an amazing charity and i would love it if you could spare a tiny bit of money to help me on my way!
