We did it last year and we're back again to pound the streets of London for a good cause and a smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel at the finish line.  

Team leader Perry will be setting the pace and administering single malt from his hipflask at 1k intervals.  Telecoms expert Darren will be texting his way round, belting out West Ham chants.  Photographer Paul will be making sure we show off our best side for the pics and Lady Helena will be supplying lip gloss and aftershave all round - running's one thing but it is not an excuse to neglect your personal grooming.

This year we are running for YouthNet,  the UK's first exclusively online charity.  

YouthNet offers a unique blend of information, advice and support on anything and everything a young person needs. Whether it's emergency help in times of crisis, support with everyday issues or the chance to talk anonymously to peers or experts, YouthNet is always there for young people, 24 hours a day, seven days a week through two award-winning websites: www.thesite.org and www.doit.org.uk 

Most of us have teenagers (or kids who behave as if they are teenagers) who may well need YouthNet's vital services one day so please help us raise money for this fantastic charity.
