Story
As many of you know 'breakthrough breast cancer' is a cause very close to our hearts as our own very special Angel, Helen Rutherford, passed away on 13th March 2010 after an exceptionally brave 8-year battle against breast cancer.
Back in 2002, we formed a team of "'s " who embarked on the 60 mile cycle road trip from London to Cambridge, through the beautiful countryside (...its true, only a few chav's spotted). Now 8 years on, WE ARE BACK (and on better form than the A-team)!
A little older and non the wiser, the team has reassembled and expanded (through gentle persuasion & a little bribery), to once again tackle the hills and valleys of the south east (the East Anglians' Welsh Mountains)!
We don't need to stress the good work that breakthrough breast cancer does, as so many have been personally affected by breast cancer. However, it isn't just about awareness, so in order for them to carry on doing what they do best, we need generous people like yourselves to dig deep.
Any donations, no matter how small (or large ;-) ) are very much appreciated and will all help in achieving our target of £10,000.
Lots of love
