Story

HELP A STREET CHILD - BANGLADESH TRANSITIONAL SHELTER SETU PROJECT

In Dhaka, Bangladesh, there are over half a million children living on the streets. These children end up on the streets for various reasons such as being lost in the big city, getting kidnapped and exploited for begging and work by gangs, abuses in family, single mothers unable to cater for them, poverty and so on.

Muslim Charity and its partners have established the SETU Transitional Shelter in Dhaka to protect these street children. Watch this documentary to learn more about how this is achieved.

Your generous donations can help us rescue children from the streets of Dhaka and bring them into a safe haven and help reunite them with their families or refer them on to safe orphanage homes and foster families ensuring their long-term future is bright and full of opportunities.

JOIN US ON CHANNEL S TONIGHT: From 6.00pm onwards we will be on UK Sky Channel 814 raising awareness and funds for our Street Children project.
