you may find it hard to believe it, but me Mr unfit/non exercise is going to run a half marathon in September 26th, I have actually purchased a pair of running trainers and have been in training since early July !!

 

My objective is to raise £350 for the stroke association (done), close family members have had strokes so it's my turn to give something back. If I am lucky enough to reach the target, I would like to donate any additional donations to the Pilgrims Hospice in North Kent, their hospice in Ashford Kent cared for my Aunt Maria who sadly passed away a few weeks ago after a long fight with cancer.
