Hi, the Michael Carrick Foundation does vital work coaching and empowering disadvantaged kids across Greater Manchester and Tyne and Wear. The Foundation improved the lives of 3,000 young people in the last year alone. 

I'm running the 2020 Virgin Money London Marathon around a rain-lashed Rutland Water on 4 October to help raise funds for the Foundation.
