In 2019 we are supporting the charity Mind in Salford. Mind in Salford is an independent, user focused charity providing quality services to make a positive difference to the Mental Health of the people of Salford. Mind campaigns for the improvement of statutory services and fights the stigma and discrimination that many people with experience of mental or emotional distress still face.

We are doing our best this year to raise as much money as we can to support Mind by taking part in various challenges, doing auctions, bake sales, walks/treks, quizzes, bungee jumps and much more!

Money that we raise can be used to cover the costs of phone calls to provide practical support and advice. To train people about mental health awareness giving skills, and confidence to support people struggling with their mental health. Also trains and empowers a volunteer to deliver free stress reduction sessions to 100's of people in their community.

 We are asking for donations no matter how big or small to help contribute to our target of £5000. All donations will be greatly appreciated and will go to great use by the charity.
