LIFE AND TIME

Life & Time is an End of Life Care service that operates between 10pm and 8am nightly, supporting patients and families in their own home. The responsive service operates in #Rostrevor #Warrenpoint #Burren #Rathfriland #Hilltown and #Mayobridge areas for patients who have be referred by their GP. All their nurses live within the #communities that they care for, so they can respond quickly and provide symptom control for patients at ‘End of Life’.
