So as you can see we survived the Night Hike and had a fantastic time in the process, it was a very special evening with a great atmosphere. Our legs could certainly feel the last mile or so but the thought of the money we were helping to raise for this great cause helped to see us through to the finish line. Miller Insurance Services Limited (Hina's employer) has agreed to match every penny we raise up to a maximum of £1000, so anything you can give can potentially be doubled!

Hina and Pina (yes, don't get us mixed up!) are taking on Maggie's ten mile night hike around London on Friday 17 September 2010.

Whilst Pina has been training conscientiously for a good few weeks, Hina has joined with less than a fortnight to go before the big day!

We're calling on you, our family and friends, to help motivate us both to the finishing point. Please help by giving what you can. Even just a couple of pounds will show us your support as well as make a difference to this fantastic cause.

Where does your donation go?

Every penny we raise will go towards changing the lives of people affected by cancer. Maggie’s Centres are almost entirely run by voluntary funding - from their buildings and staff, to the tea and biscuits! The charity has a goal of opening six new Cancer Caring Centres across the UK by 2012 and also needs ongoing support for the running costs of its existing centres
