Hello!

Thanks for actually getting to the bit where you might donate some money! We're running this half marathon in aid of CLEFT, an incredible charity helping those who have had their lives affected by cleft lip/palate. It can be a very disfiguring condition and this charity really helps improve the lives of the patients it treats. Those of you who know me will know how unfit I am and that exercise usually entails alcohol of some sort!! But with your help I'm going to actually do some training. So please donate and help raise money for a fantastic charity. And while doing so give me added motivation to get to the end!
