Hello All…

For those of you that know me, you must know by now that I don’t mind indulging in some crazy activities every now and again and what better than a 300ft (91 meters) bungee jump!!! Yep im still having those moments where I’m thinking to myself, Hiten what are you doing sunshine!?!

To make this occasion even more special (and in the hope it takes away some of my fright) I have decided to raise some money for a charity called Young MindsJ.

I’m not sure about you, but whenever I give money to charity the first thing I ask the person collecting the money is why they have chosen the particular charity? So im going to tell you why I have chosen Young Minds…

When I decided to do the jump and my cousin was in the process of booking it (there are 3 of us jumping) it suddenly occurred to me how lucky I was to have the opportunity to experience something like this, and how easy it was to actually arrange an activity like this. Unfortunately it’s not as easy for a lot of other people in this world especially young children.

 Young Minds has a vision that promotes and protects good mental health for all children and young people. A society where children's views are respected and they are loved, safe and enjoy life.

Being lucky enough to have been brought up in an environment which boasts all the above I believe these things are key for a Childs happiness.
