We work with communities to improve access to clean water & toilets
Story
Deapite a torn hip flexor 10 days ago I ran a half marathon for World Water Day in 2 Hours 6 minutes to raise sponsorship to fund new water and sanitation projects in Angola, Southern Africa. The money raised will mean that WaterAid can directly help the poorest and most vulnerable communities in Angola's capital city of Luanda by providing access to safe water and sanitation and improving hygiene practices for 30,000 people by 2013. I have only run this distance twice before and hope you can sponsor me
WaterAid is an international not-for-profit, determined to make clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene normal for everyone, everywhere within a generation. Only by tackling these three essentials in ways that last can people change their lives for good.
