Haven House Children’s Hospice cares for children and young people between the ages of 0 to 19 in Central, North East London and West Essex who have life-limiting conditions and who are unlikely to reach adulthood. Momentum

Momentum is a registered charity established in 2004 which aims to help children and the families of children undergoing treatment for cancer in Surrey. Momentum was set up by parents who have first hand experience of these life-changing events, with the simple goal of trying to help others in similar circumstances. www.moment-um.org

Dingley Family and Specialist Early years Centres

Provides specialist input for children with complex needs and supports their families. They believe that all children with additional needs and disabilities have the right to take a full and active part in everyday life from birth, allowing them to maximise their potential for inclusion when they start school at five. They help children with Autism, Cerebal Palsy, Visual Impairments, Hearing Impairments, Downs Syndrome, Epilepsy and children who are victims of abuse.
