As some of you may be aware, for reasons that now escape me, I am taking place in the 2010 Trailwalker event raising money for the Gurkha Welfare Trust and Oxfam.

All I have to do is run/walk/stumble/crawl(!) 100 kilometres non-stop across the South Downs starting in Petersfield, Hampshire on the 17th July finishing sometime in the small hours of the 18th in .
