For the fifth consecutive is the principal sponsor of the Gurkha Welfare Trust and Oxfam’s flagship fundraising event, the Trailwalker.

Through the unfortunate fact that my name is Ian I was asked by 3 other Ians to take part in this charity walk, we are aptly named The 4 Ia(i)n's!

Trailwalker, held on the 17-18 July, is a 100-kilometer team endurance challenge across the South Downs finishing in . Teams trek through the night attempting to complete the course in under 30 hours. Whilst finishing is the ultimate goal, we are hoping to come well inside that time.

However, our initial bravado has been dented somewhat as training has often been shelved for injuries, blisters, the World Cup and of course the odd beer!
