As many of you know I run regularly, but what you may not know is I have never entered a race or an event!  This year I have a big birthday coming up and I thought what can I do in the dying moments of being in my 40s? Well I have decided to enter the Great East Run!

Where I work, Framlingham Technology Centre, we have a charity of the year and this year it is Suffolk Animal Rescue. So, I have decided they should gain from me entering my one and only race in my 40s.

Please donate, if you are an animal lover you will empathise with this charity. They have had a tough time this year with having their shop broken into and also having a popular charity collection tin stolen from Framlingham Pet Shop.
