Hello,

Welcome to my fundraising page. I will be participating in the 2010 London Triathlon and plan on beating my time substantially compared to last years time of 3h15. The goal is under 2h30 which is going to be an immense challenge. This does of course mean two months of some solid training, saying good bye to lovely cold beer over many summer evenings and eating for England to fuel the machine. As many of you will be amusing yourselves of the fact that I'll be turning into a Tee Totaler, dig deep into those pockets and find all the spare change you might have to scrape together and sponsor me please. It will be going to a great cause which is my charity MacMillan, Cancer Support.
