I would like to ask you to please sponsor me to raise funds for Nothampton and district MIND. 

As most of you know, I've suffered with mental illness and I'm sure that most of you have friends and family who are suffering now, but you might not know it. It's still a taboo subject for many which makes it difficult for people to seek help. This is when things can become unbearable and when MIND can help. With your help, we can give our support by helping to fund crucial services for those who need it, so please, whether it's a quid or a tenner your donation will go a long way to give the best help to those in need. 

I'm still mental, I must be. I've decided to have my body hair waxed off from the neck down and if I raise over  £500 I'll have the sac n crack done too.

The date is tbc but it's likely to be the last Saturday of April at the Mecado Lounge, Market Harborough at 5pm.
