In an attempt to convince ourselves that age and life behind desks is not getting the better of us, we'll be teaming up to tackle the Ty Hafan Taff Trail Challange on 5th September.

The challenge means cycling the 55 miles along the Taff Trail from Brecon to Cardiff Bay. As a team challenge, it also means that we'll have to get on with each other for the whole of the journey through punctures, whinging about saddle sores and somehow arrive together in Cardiff Bay!

It is being held in aid of Ty Hafan - the children's hospice in South Wales - which we know you'll agree is an excellent cause so please dig as deep as your able.
