You've probably come here from my website (http://www.tri4charity.co.uk/) anyway - but in case you haven't - here's my story

I'm raising money for Rowcroft Hospice by doing an Ironman Triathlon, not just any - but the worlds hardest! For those of you that dont know, the Ironman distance triahtlon is a 2.4mile swim followed by 112mile bike and that a 26.2mile run to finish. The event takes place in Lanzarote in May 2011 (its going to take a year to train!)

I want to raise money for Rowcroft because that really helped my dad when he was diagnosed with a life limiting Brain Tumor.
