This MS Awareness Week, Multiple Sclerosis National Therapy Centres (MSNTC) have teamed together to do a virtual challenge; travelling from Lands End to John O’ Groats. Each centre across the U.K. will complete 100km of the journey. 

My Mum (Isabel) has pledged to complete 10km on the hand pedal exercise bike in her physiotherapy sessions.

This is a massive challenge for my Mum and I am incredibly proud of her for taking it on.

Message from Isabel:

I have been a member of the Wessex MS Therapy Centre for nearly ten years and cannot thank them enough for the support they have given me over the years. I have been having Oxygen Therapy and physio since joining and this has kept me as mobile and active as I am today.

I’m very excited to take on this challenge and would really appreciate it if you could sponsor me.
