Story
Hello everyone,
Thank you for taking the time to visit our page. My name is Josh Morgan; Myself Matt Holdstock, Ben McMillan and Charles Thorpe-Morgan are all members of the Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire Air Cadet Wing, who this year have chosen to embark on the hardest cadet military leadership course in the UK-Junior Leaders.
As part of the course each student is required to organise, risk assess and run a fund raising project for the John Thornton Young Achievers Foundation (JTYAF). The JTYAF helps support young people from a wide range of youth organisations, providing them with scholarships and bursaries to help their personal development and peruse their ambitions and dreams. The charity was set up in memory of John Thornton an ex Air Cadet and top student on his Junior Leaders course, after he was sadly killed in action on operations in Afghanistan whilst service with the Royal Marines.
In order to help support this amazing cause the 4 of us will be cycling 110 miles on the 7th-8th March on a tour of all the Air Cadet squadrons located in Bedfordshire in less than 36 hours. We hope you can give generously and help us reach our goal of £1500 between us.
Thank you for your time, any donations are much appreciated, please spread the word.
Many thanks,
Josh, Matt, Ben and Charles
