Story

We are running an inclusive Movember event, within the John Lewis DI&A team, that will aim to get everyone involved in Tash growing, making & drawing!

We hope to help spread the awareness of Mental Health for all by raising money safely and securely through Just Giving for Lambeth & Southwark MIND.

It is so important that we acknowledge Mental Health in our working environment, so get speaking and spreading Mental Health awareness by joining George and Alfie in our 'Movember with a Twist'.

You can get involved in multiple ways!

  1. Grow a Moustache from fresh within the Month of November and submit a picture!
  2. Make a moustache out of anything you can find and submit a picture!
  3. Draw a Moustache on and submit a picture!

All forms of Photoshop are accepted and encouraged!

We really hope we can get as many people as possible involved in spreading Mental Health awareness.

Spreading awareness is still the best thing you can do, but if you do feel you want to donate we are raising money for Lambeth and Southwark MIND. Any donations are highly appreciated!

Happy Tashing!!

About the charity

We're a local mental health charity that are doing things differently. We aim to be an organisation that responds sensitively and thoughtfully to people with mental health problems; that understands that mental health problems are deeply entrenched in the inequalities and deprivations of class, race, gender and sexuality. We don’t believe that these problems can be treated by a ‘one size fits all’ approach, but instead need a unique and ethical response to the individual needs of each person. We aim to respond to high levels of need in the Lambeth adn Southwark boroughs by offering a range of services so people can choose the support that feels right for them. Currently, we run a free inner city psychotherapy service for people who haven't found short term CBT type treatments helpful. We run a number of peer support groups. We have an information line for those seeking advice. We're on wards making sure impatients have a voice too. We hold annual lectures with industry experts to explore recent develops. We're out and about in the local community listening to what people need.
