Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So, the plan is that on Sunday 26th September I will be dragging myself around a 10k course in the heart of West Lancashire (Ormskirk) to see if I can still class myself as physically active.

This is my first run and I thought what better place to do it than where I grew up.  I will be donating any money raised to Queenscourt Hospice.

As some of you may know I lost my Mum (Val) to bowel cancer in 2001 and she was cared for at Queenscourt and that is the inspiration, apart from the all round good work that Queenscourt do that is.
