We buy vital equipment for neonatal units to help treat sick & premature babies

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In September 2010 my pregnant Sister Jessica called me to tell me her waters had broken 7 weeks early, she was rushed to Salisbury Hospital. It was one of the scariest weeks of my life. Driving over there every morning and evening with my Mum. John, my sisters partner stayed with her day and night.

After nearly a week Freddie Forsyth was born  6/7 weeks early at Salisbury and quickly transferred to NICU at Portsmouth QA Hospital. Fred spent the next 2 weeks in an incubator and with the help and support of the Doctors and Nurses on the ward he made it through. The staff there were amazing, not just to my nephew but to my sister and John.

Ickle Pickles support the smallest and sickest babies who need intensive care in Neonatal Units – Whether born too soon or with an illness the NHS cares for over 20,000 babies every year.

The Ickle Pickle Partnership turns gifts and donations from generous people into specialised equipment such as incubators and ventilators to help Neonatal units provide incredible levels of care for Ickle Pickles.

So to raise some money for this great cause I am stepping in to the ring on Saturday 29th November after 10 weeks intensive boxing training with Zero To Hero Boxing. This is my first fight and I've never done anything like this before. Any donation would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reading, Jack Worrall and Family
