Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I'm actually doing 2 events - The Great North Run on 8 September (which I've not done since 2009!)  followed by Ilkley Triathlon on 15 September, so time to wash the running vest!

I hope to raise enough money to help support very vulnerable people in a very deprived part of the world through the wonderful work that my sister does. Check out Nicky's Foundation website to see what can be achieved with very little and the appreciation of those who have been assisted.
