Hi friends - I'm doing an organised sponsored cycle ride for Sustrans in September called Coast and Castles south from Newcastle to Edinburgh - 200 miles over 3 days. In addition I am cycling to the start in Newcastle from Sheffield and going on to Aberdeen on Coast and Castles north afterwards - total around 600 miles.
