 Hopefully you're here to make a difference to millions of lives in the UK and Worldwide!

 On the 26th of April 2015 I will be running the London Marathon in support of the British Heart Foundation, a charity that is very close to my heart. (Pardon the pun)

 Although already recognised as a major charity organisation, the British Heart Foundation makes a difference to millions of lives in the UK and every contribution we can make helps.

 Coronary Heart Disease is the leading cause of death, not only in the UK, but Worldwide.

 My father suffered a Cardiac Arrest 10 years ago to this exact date (19/9/2004) when I was only 10.

 Although to an extent blissfully ignorant to the situation at the time I knew the severity of my fathers condition.

As lucky as I am to still have my father, millions of others aren't so fortunate.

 Not only does Heart disease affect 1 in 5 men and 1 in 10 women, it also affects friends and relatives of those suffering with the disease. Having experienced this first hand I understand how challenging it can be to offer the unconditional support that is needed on a daily basis.

 It is for this reason that I have chosen to run for the British Heart Foundation in the hope that together we can make a difference to the millions of lives affected by heart disease every year, and help to fund researchers that are working hard to one day find a cure for this terrible illness.

Any donation large or small would be greatly appreciated and you would be playing your part in saving the lives of many people!
