Story

On July 26th 2015, I will be attempting to complete the Outlaw triathlon. this is an Ironman distance event and consists of a:

2.4 mile swim

112 mile cycle

and a full marathon distance run (26.2 miles)

I will have 17 hours to complete it and am looking forward to the following:

2.4 mile swim....

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

I am doing this because I did a 5k run last year and then Barry said, "you could do an Ironman, let's sign up!"

Because I am stupid and I had no idea how hard it would be I said yes.

It's been 5 years since I last asked people to sponsor me so I'm hoping you will get behind me. I am supporting St Francis Hospice which has a very personal connection with me and for those of us living in Romford and the surrounding areas, has likely touched our lives at some point.  The hospice does amazing work and relies heavily on fundraising so any support would be greatly appreciated.

If you would like to know if I survive, give me the incentive to do so and help fund a great charity then please donate.

Thanks,

James
