I'm going to be running the London Marathon in April this year and will also be aiming to raise a bit of cash for charity...as well as putting myself through the gruelling 4 month training schedule and then running the 26 odd miles around London...

 

I'm raising money for Mencap, which is a UK charity that was set up to support people with learning disabilities, one of whom is my eldest sister, Lulu. Their good work ranges from special one-to-one caring and running day centres, to lobbying the government into changing laws to benefit people with learning disabilities.

 

So I am asking you to please dig deep into your pockets and donate on behalf of my efforts, and as an added bonus you'll get to see me (via photos, or in person if you like?) stumble round the 26 miles on 17th April 2011...
