Story

Hi Everyone,

I am running the London Marathon 2024 to raise money for Spinal Research. Spinal Research is the UK's leading medical charity focused on the repair and restoration of the spinal cord, who exist to beat paralysis.

The reality of recovery from a spinal cord injury is that; if there was more funding for charities like spinal research, more people would be able to move again. The biggest hurdle is the lack of awareness around spinal injuries, and therefore less funding going towards research and trials.

The inspiration to contribute largely came from James Lasis, a good friend of mine currently living with a spinal cord injury. After many an evening discussing what treatment is available and how limited it is due to funding, I've been inspired to contribute my little drop in the ocean to the cause.

Please give whatever you can to help this cause, and I'll do my bit in London this April!
